I am pleased to offer my services to provide Independent Solicitors Certificates both during and after business hours in the St Kilda East area of Melbourne
The Uniform Law (Victoria) which came into effect on 1 July 2015 has increased the complexity and documentation required for these.
I am also able to have a second independent solicitor who has her own sole practicing certificate able to issue these at the same time if the Lender requires 2 solicitors from 2 different firms.
We can provide these services up to very late hours if necessary.

My fees are as follows, and should be paid at the time of the interview.
